Thank you for choosing Americo Home! We appreciate your business and we are excited to bring you high quality, affordable American Made floor mats. Please see below for our terms and shipping information.

To place an order: Please call your local rep, or you may contact us directly for help finding a rep. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.


Terms: Minimum order is 18 mats. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We recommend first orders be placed on a credit card to expedite the order process.

Credit terms are Net 30 days upon approval. Please send credit references to orders@americohome.com and allow 3-5 working days for processing.


Returns: All claims for shipment damage or shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Return of any non-defective product is subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee. Return transportation is to be repaid by the customer. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning any items. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.


Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. Customers with custom orders are responsible for all materials and labor costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly.
